Thursday morning started off with a road trip up to Gills Rock. We took about 100 water view shots so we're saving them for another day.

First stop after two water view stops, Bea's. Where you can buy jams, pickles, pies and gifts as you can read on the sign. And everything is homemade right there in the store. I don't know what Ho-Made is though...

Sign outside the shop.

Christmas decorations on sale.

Rows and rows of different types of jam. Cherry, raspberry, blackberry etc. We got some raspberry jam and cherry salsa. I'm curious to try the pomegranate and cherry jam someday.

Then we stopped at Charlie's smokehouse to buy some fish.

Best combo. Smoked fish, cold drinks, candy and coffee.

We're in Wisconsin. So of course you can get cheese wedge and cow erasers.

Map of all the places they send fish every year. All across the country.

Then we stopped in Ellison Bay. The Viking grill still there but it was closed. I remember watching fish broils here when I was a kid.

Mandatory stop at the Pioneer store where we got some more raspberry jam. You can never have to much! This store actually blew up a few years ago because of a gas leak. But they built it back up just the same way as it was.

Brew is a coffee shop in Ellison Bay that I had never been to. We had some more time to kill before we could go home (didn't want to disturb the cleaning lady) so we went in.

It felt like stepping in to someones living room. Nice and cozy.

Not to busy here at 11 am in april.

Coffee and cherry biscotti.

Huge tea bag.
