Friday night Seb and I went to have hamburgers with Soffia and Bjarni. They got to choose the place, so when we first arrived at the Le Parker Meridien we though we were in the wrong place. The hotel is a real fancy one so there we were sitting in the lobby wondering were the burger joint would be..
Finally Soffia and Bjarni showed up and we found a small neon sign with a burger on it, and a long line underneath it with people dressed in not so fancy hotel clothes. The line led in to a secret doorway and I got really excited while we waited.
Finally we got in and choose what to eat. They had a simple menu with hamburger or cheeseburger, fries, soda or milkshake. We were really lucky to get a table fairly fast.
I had a cheeseburger with the works, fries and a delicious vanilla milkshake with that. It was a cool experience and the food was good. I still like Shake Shack or BRGRs hamburgers better, but I could really recommend Burger Joint as a cool/unusual place to eat.
